Please understand that although we try to pre-verify all insurance information, understanding your insurance benefits is your responsibility.
Although we don't have a formal cancelation policy, we do ask that patients who are unable to keep their scheduled appointments please notify us 24 hours in advance as a common as a courtesy. Doing so helps us ensure the prompt office visits for all patients and allows us to focus on each individual patient's needs.
