Although we would never intentionally abuse that privilege it is impossible to predict when emergencies and other matters arise that consume more time than we may have planned for. What to Expect

  • Please arrive to your first appointment 30 minutes earlier than your actual scheduled time. This helps give us time to prepare your chart and have it ready by your scheduled appointment time.
  • In general, you should allow up to two hours for your total visit time on your first appointment (from the time you arrive to the time you checkout).
  • Be sure to bring your insurance card and a picture identification (drivers license or other state-issued ID).
  • Please be prepared to pay for any deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance payments required by your insurance carrier at the time of your visit. See payment policy section for more information.

Payment Policy


We do collect all copays before your exam. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and personal checks.

Please understand that although we try to pre-verify all insurance information, understanding your insurance benefits is your responsibility.


Although we don't have a formal cancellation policy, we do ask if patients are unable to keep their scheduled appointments to please notify us 24 hours in advance as common courtesy. Doing so, helps us ensure prompt office visits for all patients and allows us to focus on each patient's individual needs.
